Chief of the Militia Bureau's Indoor Rifle Team Match prize medal; 38mm circular light bz medallion, obverse within a laurel wreath crossed rifles with small circular targets left & right, with superimposed silver w/ red & blue enamel rectangle bearing an eagle and other devices; reverse inscribed as above, 35mm ribbon in dk blue w/ 4mm red edges mounted on full brooch.  ca. 1932-33 when the Militia Bureau became the National Guard Bureau.
